$35,000 in Year 1; $22,000 annually in Years 2 and 3; additional hourly fees possible at $150/hour (Deployment), $200/hour (Data Migration), $150/hour (Continuous Deployment) for out-of-scope work

AI Community Assistant: 1 year from Effective Date; Building Permits & Inspections, Planning & Zoning, Code Enforcement modules: 3 years from Effective Date; automatic 1-year renewals thereafter unless notice given 30 days prior to renewal date

Initial term provides 1 year for AI Community Assistant and 3 years for other GovWell modules, with invoices on signing and on annual anniversaries in 2027 and 2028. After the initial term, the agreement renews automatically for successive one-year periods unless the City of Tea provides at least 30 days’ notice prior to the applicable renewal date. Out-of-scope services may be added and billed hourly upon mutual consent.
