San Marcos intends to enter into an Amended and Restated Development Agreement with Benchmark regarding Hays County MUD No. 9, enabling shared access to 4,500 LUEs of wastewater and water service. The City Manager will be authorized to sign the agreement upon passage of Resolution 2026-151 R.
