The TIRZ #3 Board will consider a first amendment to its Downtown Development Reimbursement Agreement with Fosters Dynamic Design, LLC for the 605 N Mesquite project, extending the completion deadline from May 30, 2026 to May 30, 2027. The amendment will allow reimbursement payouts to begin in FY 2027 under the TIRZ #3 Targeted Vacant Property and Streetscape and Safety Improvement Program.
