Renewal

Agreement commences upon execution and automatically continues through final court decisions or settlements on all aspects of the Matter, with termination rights allowing the State to terminate with or without cause and Special Counsel to withdraw with notice. If terminated without cause or upon withdrawal, quantum meruit compensation and unreimbursed costs may be paid from any Gross Recovery per Section 4.6.
