Begins upon execution by both parties on 2/25/2026 and ends when final court decisions or settlements are reached on all aspects of the Meta (Instagram) Matter

Contract commences upon execution on 2/25/2026 and continues until final court decisions or settlements in the Meta (Instagram) Matter; it may be terminated by the State without cause on 30 days’ notice, for cause on 15 days’ notice with opportunity to cure, or by Special Counsel on 60 days’ notice. Upon termination without cause or withdrawal by Special Counsel, the firm is entitled to a reasonable quantum meruit fee and reimbursement of reasonable costs from any future gross recovery; no payment is owed if the State terminates for cause.
