The City of Springfield is approving Amendment No. 3 to Contract #3397 with Cascade Health to continue wellness center, occupational health, EAP, training, and police blood draw services through June 30, 2026 with options for further one-year extensions. Cascade Health has agreed to maintain current negotiated rates for all services through FY27, and the amendment has been reviewed by the City Attorney's Office.
