Description

The Regional Utility Authority is submitting a $4.8 million Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan application on behalf of Holt Water Works, Inc. to finance waterline replacements, a new well and treatment plant, and a 300,000-gallon elevated tank. The 20-year loan, identified as Project No. DW170440, will be repaid from Holt’s water system revenues under an interlocal agreement with the Authority.
