Description

Grantsville City Council approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the Utah Inland Port Authority governing the return of sales and use tax revenues from the Twenty Wells Inland Port Project Area. The agreement sets monthly reporting and remittance obligations and will remain in effect for the life of the project area unless terminated earlier under specified conditions.
