Description

Grantsville City approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the Utah Inland Port Authority to ensure the Authority’s sales tax share from inland port project areas is passed through to the city. The MOU defines reporting and remittance processes and leaves future property tax issues to separate interlocal agreements.
