Town Council approved a three-year Cooperative Agreement with the Active 20-30 Club #50 of Santa Rosa and Club #205 of Healdsburg to revive Windsor Kaboom. The Agreement encompasses reimbursable support amounting to $35,000 in year-one earmarked mainly for pyrotechnics and security, and $25,000 in year-two and three earmarked for pyrotechnics.
