If requested to shutoff of water the Township, in requesting and directing the shutoff of water, shall pay to the water utility the cost of such shutoff and the estimated loss of water revenues resulting from such shutoff. The apparent low bidder for General Construction is BSS Contractors, LLC, and for Electrical is Lenni Electric Corporation. The Township will issue a Notice of Intent to Award, pending a contractor responsibility determination. The board also addressed the 2026 to 2028 service contract with Good Fellowship Ambulance Company, for which the total amount due from the Township for 2026 is $247,469.50. For each year following 2026 during the Initial Term, the Township's payment will be adjusted based on the updated budgeted deficit, by September 1 of each year. The Company shall provide the Township with a revised Funding Spreadsheet and draft budget. The Board also certified a list of qualifying volunteers for tax credits
