Bon Appetit to expand alcohol offerings at Sand Hill location

The Planning Commission approved a use permit to modify the previously approved State of California Alcoholic Beverage Control license to allow on-sale of beer, wine, and distilled spirits at the existing Quadrus restaurant managed by Bon Appetit in the Sand Hill Collection. The hours of operation will also be extended to 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week. No new construction is proposed, and the modifications aim to provide a convenience to workers and visitors in the area.
