Manitowoc County Soil and Water Conservation Department is authorized to accept $135,510 from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) for implementing agricultural best management practices in the Northeast Lakeshore Total Maximum Daily Load area over the next three years. The grant is funded in part or wholly by grants from the Environmental Protection Agency.
