Alamosa County Strengthens Emergency Response with San Luis Valley Partnership

Alamosa County partners with San Luis Valley Local Public Health Agencies for Emergency Preparedness & Response. Alamosa, Conejos, Costilla, Mineral, Rio Grande and Saguache Counties will make payments as set forth in Exhibit A to Alamosa County Public Health Department as local support for an Emergency Preparedness and Response Program.

Alamosa County Department of Human Services (ADHS) has signed a contract with the Center for Restorative Programs (CRP) and the HB1451 Interagency Oversite Group (IOG) to provide Wraparound Services, including a Wrap Facilitator & the Family Support Partner. The amount of this contract as approved through the Alamosa IOG is $80,000.00.
