All work shall be done in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by Young + Wright Architectural. Plans and specifications are available starting September 9, 2026, by contacting Avalon Document Services at (716) 995-7777 or via www.avalonplanroom.com, requiring a $50.00 deposit per set made out to West Seneca Central School District. A pre-bid conference will be held by request only to discuss project scope, tour the site, and answer questions. Bidders must submit a bid bond payable to the owner in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Bidders are required to comply with conditions of employment and minimum New York State Labor Department prevailing wage rates. No bids may be withdrawn for 60 days after opening.
