SUMMARY
The University of Michigan seeks proposals from qualified suppliers to provide ServiceNow licensing, subscription management, and advisory and professional services for Michigan Medicine. The scope includes ITOM, SecOps, SPM, CSM, and enterprise workflow automation across a consolidation of two ServiceNow instances supporting 53,000+ platform users and four internal HITS stakeholder teams.
