SUMMARY
The University of Michigan is issuing this RFP for ServiceNow licensing, subscription management, and value-added advisory and professional services in support of Michigan Medicine's enterprise platform strategy and long-term operational objectives. The scope includes Licensing & Subscription Management aligned with current product SKUs, Advisory & Professional Services for platform optimization and operational support, and Enterprise Expansion Support for future modules and IT/enterprise service management growth. The selected supplier will serve approximately 53,000+ platform users, partnering with four internal HITS stakeholder teams. The initial contract term is three (3) years, with two (2) optional one (1) year renewal periods for a maximum potential duration of five (5) years. Proposals are due by September 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT. Pricing must be submitted along with support and maintenance pricing for the SKUs listed in Attachment F.
