SUMMARY
The University of Michigan is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP-0012356-TECH-2026) to select a strategic ServiceNow supplier capable of providing licensing and subscription management, advisory and professional services, and enterprise expansion support for Michigan Medicine. The selected supplier will serve approximately 53,000+ platform users supporting ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, SPM, CSM, and enterprise workflow automation.
