SUMMARY
The Township of Hopewell is soliciting sealed bids for its 2026 Road Maintenance Program (Bid #26-03). The base bid scope includes mobilization, traffic control, 32,515 SY of HMA milling (2" thick), 5,045 tons of HMA9.5M64 surface course, 3,111 SY of distressed pavement replacement, and 215 CY of quarry blend subgrade.
