SUMMARY
The Township of Edison is soliciting sealed bids for the FY25 Roadway Resurfacing project (Public Bid 26-30-04R). The scope of work includes milling and resurfacing various roadways with an average of 2 inches of Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course, removal and replacement of curbing and gutters, construction of ADA-compliant public sidewalk curb ramps, and spot full-depth roadway repairs using Hot Mix Asphalt 19M64 Base and Intermediate Courses. The project also includes traffic markings and incidental appurtenances. A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) is required. The project must be completed within 270 days of the notice to proceed. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 regarding affirmative action and equal employment opportunity.
