SUMMARY
The Township of Edison is developing its 2026 Annual Action Plan as part of its application for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Township expects to receive approximately $651,829.00 for the 2025 program year starting July 1, 2026. Funds are intended to assist low-to-moderate income persons, eliminate slums and blight, or address urgent community needs. The public is invited to review and comment on the draft 2026 Annual Action Plan, updated Citizen Participation Plan, and updated Language Access Plan. A public hearing will be held on May 13, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the Edison Municipal Complex and online. Comments must be submitted by May 26, 2026, via mail to the Division of Housing & Community Development, phone, or email to Joann Morado.
