Summary
The work of the Contract consists of the furnishing of all labour and equipment required for the day to day janitorial maintenance of clean and sanitary conditions of high priority municipal facilities.
The duties will be performed at eight municipal buildings including Town Hall, Fire Halls (North and South), OPP, Carnegie Hall, Lions Hall, Gosfield Communication Community Centre, and Unico Community Centre. The contract term is from Jan 1 2026 to Dec 31 2028. The work shall be done in accordance with these specifications using the best techniques of the trade in the frequencies given in the attached schedule.
