SUMMARY

The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking a contractor for the construction of a 10-foot sidepath along Fordham Boulevard (US 15-501) from Ridgefield Road to Willow Drive (approx. 1,800 linear feet) and upgrading the existing sidepath from Cleland Drive to Ridgefield Road (approx. 1,700 linear feet). Work includes clearing and grubbing, grading, concrete paving, drainage, erosion control, curb and gutter installation, signing, striping, and stream bank stabilization. Bidders must be prequalified with NCDOT for their specific discipline. An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Rainbow Soccer Fields.
