SUMMARY
Space Florida (SF) is seeking a consulting firm for strategic planning and advisory services to optimize and transform Florida's Statewide Spaceport System, including the Cape Canaveral Spaceport (CCS). The scope includes analyzing the spaceport network, developing the CCS Master Plan (Future State, Roadmap, and Implementation), and updating the Florida Spaceport System Plan (FSSP).
