Summary

The Syracuse Metropolitan Transportation Council (SMTC) is seeking proposals for professional Travel Demand Modeling (TDM) and traffic analysis assistance. This includes support for their four-step TDM built on TransCAD software and planning level intersection/corridor signal optimization using Synchro 12 software.
