A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for October 13, 2026, at 3:50 p.m. Prequalification applications are due October 19, 2026, and questions are due by October 23, 2026. Contractors must hold a current, valid California Contractor's License, Class B – General Building Contractor, and be registered with the DIR. Requirements include a 3% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation goal, skilled and trained workforce compliance, proposal security of 10%, and performance and payment bonds.
