Rebid renovations to interior and exterior as well as installation of an emergency generator at multiple assets for the Missouri State Highway Patrol General Headquarters Complex located at 1510 E. Elm Street, Jefferson City, MO 65101.
Work includes interior room renovations and remodeling, complete mechanical and plumbing systems replacement including underground piping, and electrical upgrades which includes a new diesel emergency generator and new chiller. The firing range in the physical training building will be upgraded to include a new roof-mounted make-up air unit, a new grade-mounted filtration system, and exhaust fan. Bid alternates include multi-fixture restroom renovations, gym flooring replacement and painting, kitchen hood replacement, and reroofing of lower roofs. Project identification numbers are R2502-01, site #6001, and asset numbers 8136001003, 8136001005, and 8136001006.
