1. All labor, Equipment, Supplies, Materials, And all other costs related to the successful completion of the project. 2. Remove and dispose of existing sheet metal cap flashings. 3. Remove and dispose of all layers of existing modified bitumen roofing, Exposing the structural wood deck. 4. Relocate electrical conduit. 5. Enlarge existing NW corner drainage opening. 6. Inspect abandoned NE collector head & downspout location. 7. Install 2 layers of 20 psi Polyiso (CGF) insulation. 8. Install ½” / ft. tapered sumps & 1” / ft. tapered crickets. 9. Raise rooftop equipment/ductwork. 10. Mechanically fasten ½” Polyiso HD cover board. 11. Install 60 mil TPO roof membrane (white). 12. Install 60 mil TPO base flashings (white). 13. Furnish and install new dura-block pipe supports. 14. Install new TPO walkway pads. 15. Install new 24-gauge prefinished cap flashings. 16. Remove all trash daily and upon completion. 17. Provide a 2-year workmanship warranty and a 20-year NDL Manufacturer’s warranty.
