SUMMARY
The Onslow Water & Sewer Authority (ONWASA) is soliciting bids for the 2025 Black Creek Wells Discharge Pipe Replacement Project. The scope of work includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and replace existing 8-inch diameter ductile iron discharge pipes, 3-inch pressure relief valves, flanges, bolts, and chemical feed quills within chemical feed rooms. Work will be performed at three production well sites: Black Creek Well #8 (Jacksonville), Well #12 (Richlands), and Well #13 (Jacksonville). A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visits are scheduled for December 12, 2025, starting at 1:00 pm at Well #8; attendance at all sites is required for bid responsiveness. NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to participate. Bids are due by 2:15 pm on January 5, 2026.
