SUMMARY
The Northern Kentucky Area Development District (NKADD), in partnership with the City of Falmouth, is soliciting proposals from qualified environmental engineering and consulting firms to support a $500,000 US EPA Brownfield Community-wide Assessment Grant. The selected consultant will perform Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), site investigations, contaminant characterization, risk assessments, and cleanup planning for 13 identified brownfield sites. Additional tasks include community outreach, QAPP preparation, market studies, reuse planning, and grant management reporting via the EPA ACRES system. The contract term is four years.
