The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is soliciting written quotes from qualified individuals or firms to establish a pool of independent hearing adjudicators available on an as-needed basis for NCTCOG, Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas (WSNCT), and other eligible governmental entities, workforce boards, political subdivisions, or public agencies. Selected hearing adjudicators will provide impartial hearing services, including conducting hearings, reviewing records and program requirements, evaluating evidence, and issuing written decisions or recommendations.
