SUMMARY
NJDOT is accepting bids for wall preparation and finish coat exterior painting at the Stanhope Electrical Building #7027 located at 89 Rte. 206, Stanhope NJ, 07874. The scope of work includes surface preparation using mechanical, pressure washing, or chemical removal methods; filling cracks and imperfections with concrete filler or caulk; priming concrete surfaces with SW Loxon Concrete Masonry primer/sealer tinted to SW Arizona Heat; applying two finish coats of SW Duration Acrylic Latex tinted to Arizona Heat; painting exterior metal trim with two finish coats of SW Pro Industrial DTM Acrylic tinted to Ups Brown; daily debris cleanup; and turning over leftover products for attic stock. Work must be completed during normal work hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, adhering to NJDOT Office of Employee Safety guidelines. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
