SUMMARY
New Canaan Public Schools seeks licensed contractors to provide supply and delivery of propane fuel for the three (3) 1,990 gallon propane tanks located at West Elementary School, 769 Ponus Ridge, New Canaan, CT 06840. The work includes furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and proof of insurance required to complete the project as a complete turnkey price. Proposals are due by October 01, 2026, at 1:00 pm, to be submitted in three (3) copies to Kasey Diotte, Director of Finance and Operations, 220 Elm Street, 1st Floor, New Canaan, CT 06840. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through is scheduled for September 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM at West Elementary School. Questions regarding the project should be directed to Scott Olson, Manager of Facilities Operations. Vendors must submit proposal sheets, qualifications including experience and staff availability, subcontractor lists, project schedule, drug-free workplace certificate, and insurance procedure form.
