SUMMARY
County of Morris is seeking sealed bids for milling and resurfacing of Green Pond Road (C.R. 513) in the Township of Rockaway for the Morris County Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering & Transportation. The project scope includes 54,661 S.Y. of HMA milling (3" or less), 7,462 tons of hot mix asphalt 9.5M64 surface course (2" thick), 100 L.F. of 9"x20" concrete vertical curb, 1,868 L.F. of beam guide rail, 13 units of tangent beam guide rail terminal, 13 units of beam guide rail anchorage, reconstructed and reset inlets, and warning and regulatory signs. Bids are due by September 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM. A non-refundable fee of $50 is required for contract documents obtained from the Division of Engineering and Transportation. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of 10% (not to exceed $20,000) and a Consent of Surety.
