SUMMARY
Montezuma County is soliciting bids for the 2025 Fairgrounds ADA Parking project. The scope of work involves removing existing sidewalks, rails, and trees; removing and installing a new septic tank line from the indoor arena; and installing drainage systems. Construction tasks include excavating and installing new subgrade, concrete work, and Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavement. Additional requirements include installing and painting necessary pipe and wheel stops. The project is located at the North and West sides of the Indoor Arena at the Montezuma County Fairgrounds, 30100 US Hwy. 160, Cortez, Colorado. All work must be performed per Engineered Plans. Submissions are due by November 6, 2025.
