SUMMARY
The Manatee County Property Management Department is seeking an experienced contractor for landscaping services for the Palm Aire Community. These landscape enhancements beautify the gateway into the Palm-Aire Communities along Whitfield Ave, with Phase 1 starting north of University Parkway and ending at Country Club Way. The scope includes furnishing and installing trees, shrubs, groundcover, and irrigation in accordance with Exhibit 4, Landscape Plans. Modifications for Phase 1 involve aligning planting beds on each side of the roadway, adjusting bed layout to field conditions, and replacing all Ribbon Fan Palms with field-grown Foxtail Palms.
