SUMMARY
The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is seeking sealed bids for common area flooring installation authority-wide and other related work across various HACP-owned and managed communities, including Carrick Regency, Finello Pavilion, Gualtieri Manor, Morse Gardens, and Presley Highrise. The work entails the removal and demolition of existing floor coverings, carpets, and cove base, along with the installation of luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring (STYLE: SOLITUDE 6" x 48", COLOR: URBAN ASH) and new cove base in lobbies, hallways, corridors, management offices, and amenity spaces.
