The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Division of Transportation Development is selecting ten (10) consultants to provide Western Slope Non-Project Specific Construction Management, Construction Inspection, Material Testing Engineering and Public Information Services.
The contract term will be for a five (5) year period. Contracts will be ranked sequentially with the top four firms receiving a $5m contract, the next three firms receiving a $4m contract, and the next three firms receiving a $2m contract, with one Emerging Small Business (ESB) set-aside. If one ESB firm is not selected through sequential ranking, one ESB firm will supersede the final 10th contract.
