Summary

The Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify provider interest and capacity to operate a Community Pathways Network (CPN) within one or more of DCFS's nine regions across Louisiana, beginning July 1, 2026. DCFS is seeking information from qualified organizations interested in providing comprehensive family preservation/stabilization, prevention/early intervention, caregiver support, reunification/post-permanency support, wraparound care/case progression, and youth development services.
