SUMMARY
Dane County is seeking a food and beverage service consultant for the Alliant Energy Center (AEC). The selected consultant will assist AEC management with evaluating current food and beverage operations, drafting and issuing a subsequent RFP for service providers, and managing all phases of that RFP process including pre-release marketing, response evaluation, and recommendation. Additional responsibilities include term sheet negotiation and managing the transition process to the successful vendor. Submissions are due by June 4, 2026, at the Madison, WI submission location.
