SUMMARY
The County of Union invites proposals from developers, nonprofits, and HOME-ARP sponsors for affordable housing and social services funded through the Home Investment Partnerships Program-American Rescue Plan (UC-HOME-ARP RFP #43-2026). Approximately $1,300,000 is available for activities including the development and support of affordable housing, tenant-based rental assistance (TBRA), supportive services, and acquisition and development of non-congregate shelter units benefiting qualifying populations under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
