Work includes reclaiming mine portals on the property.
These portals have caused drainage issues along with the washing out of the driveway that connects the residence with the main road below. The property has 4 mine portals behind the bench where the home is located that are affecting the homeowner. Four standard closures will be installed on the existing mine portals at the appropriate locations, and 3 portals will be closed with AML standard wildlife closure. A landscape allowance is included to address in-kind any shrubbery that is disturbed due to normal reclamation activities. State funding applies, with a prevailing wage requirement.
