SUMMARY
Qualified contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a new HVAC system in the existing 13,714 square foot Materials and Testing facility located at 2330 G-Road in Grand Junction, Colorado. The HVAC upgrade project includes the removal of four ground mounted units and replacement with three new gas fired VAV packaged rooftop units and one new single zone VAV unit for the lab. Additionally, all units shall be mounted with a 36-inch plenum curb sitting on an existing housekeeping pad, nine new VAV boxes with electric reheat installed, and the existing Building Automation System replaced with new controls. The submission deadline for bids is July 8, 2026.
