Summary
The City of Toledo is seeking Informational Commitments from local title companies to perform title searches on Toledo properties.
The title searches would need to identify any individuals with an interest in the property, such as lien holders, and provide best mailing information for service to those individuals. We are not interested in defects of title that would inhibit transfer; we are not acquiring these properties. We are simply notifying parties with interest of work that the City will be performing on the property due to nuisance conditions.
