SUMMARY
The City of Stanton is requesting proposals from qualified professional environmental consultant firms to provide part-time program management for its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) and Fats, Oils & Grease (FOG) programs. The selected consultant will support the City with approximately 10 to 15 hours per week of services including regulatory compliance, total maximum daily load (TMDL) implementation, water quality management plan (WQMP) reviews, facility inspections, public outreach, and annual reporting.
