SUMMARY
The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide as-needed streambank stabilization and aquatic habitat restoration services for a three (3) year term with the option to renew for two (2) additional years. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division located at 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 until 3:00 P.M. Local Time on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the MITN website. A public proposal opening will be held via Zoom teleconference at the submission deadline. Competitive sealed proposals will be evaluated based upon criteria formulated around the most important features of the service to determine how well a contractor's approach meets the desired requirements and needs of the city.
