SUMMARY

The City of Muskegon is seeking proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to conduct primarily visual asbestos-containing material (ACM) surveys and primarily visual lead-based paint (LBP) assessments across multiple municipal facilities constructed between 1950 and 1975. Testing is required for portions of the scope related to near-term renovation or rehabilitation work.
