SUMMARY

The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee (RACM) and the Neighborhood Improvement Development Corporation (NIDC) are requesting proposals from qualified independent Certified Public Accountants to conduct annual financial and compliance audits for the calendar years 2026 through 2030. The scope includes audits of federal, state, and other awards in accordance with OMB 2 CFR Part 200, evaluation of internal controls, and preparation of tax reporting forms (Form 990 and State form 308). The selected consultant will also provide a minimum of eight hours of annual continuing professional education to agency staff. Proposals are due by September 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CDT. A question deadline is set for September 18, 2026. The contract will be a fixed-price agreement with a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation goal of 18%.
