SUMMARY
The City of Brenham is requesting proposals from qualified grant administration and/or planning service providers to assist in preparing applications for and the overall administration of the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program – Community Development Funds (TXCDBG) for Rural Texas. The scope of work includes pre-funding services such as developing project scopes and completing applications, and post-funding services including the administration and delivery of infrastructure, utilities, housing, and other eligible projects. The selected provider must follow all requirements of the TXCDBG program as administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). Proposals are due by 10:00 a.m. CST on February 19, 2021. Evaluation criteria include experience (40 points), prior work performance (30 points), capacity to perform (20 points), and proposed cost (10 points).
