SUMMARY
The City of Brenham is requesting proposals for the lease and operation of three facilities at the Brenham Municipal Airport: the Primary Fixed Based Operator (FBO) services in the 4,800 sq ft terminal building, the City-owned fuel farm (10,000 gal Jet-A and 8,000 gal Avgas tanks), and a 1,405 sq ft airport terminal restaurant with a 2,000 sq ft patio. The City prefers a single operator for all three but will consider combinations.
